Atduty Privacy Policy

Reference Legend: Following terms are used through out this document. Please familiarize with them so they can assist you in reading the rest of the document.

• You as User = User of this app (website or mobile)
• You as Form Organizer, Organizer Parties = User of this app (website or mobile) collecting other users’ information

Purpose of this document is to disclose what information we capture and how it is used.

When you sign into our app you are using single-sign-on (SSO) from external identity providers such as Google and Apple. We do not control their privacy policies or terms of use when you sign up for their accounts.

However, when you sign in using their credentials (username/password) on their website you are redirected to our app as authorized user of the app. We receive information regarding your account based on the information we receive from them and subsequently create your account in the app. Please refer to their privacy policy / term of use or other legal disclosures they provide on their login screens include access to the app.

We do not sell or share this information to anyone outside of the Company. Your account information such as your email is used solely to provide you continued and secure access to the app. Some of this information can be updated after your account is created under the profile link/tab.

What and when is your information shared

In addition, we continue to collect the information you add while normally using our app such as but not limited to registration forms, task actions, and notifications. While we store this information in our app to provide you essential functionality that you may expect from us, we may not control how your information is handled or shared by Organizer Parties to whom you have chosen to share this information which may include but not limited to your name, email address, and phone number.

As an example, an Organizer Party can create a registration form, then publish it on app home page, or advertise it. You can choose to fill the registration form that may include personal information. Such information will be shared with that Organizer Party who can then use that information to perform their activities based on that information. How that information is handled by Organizer Party cannot be controlled by us.

Additionally, we may share your information to outside entities to meet legal obligations such as to follow applicable law, regulation, legal process, or appropriate legal request made from a government agency, enforcing violation of our terms of service, fraudulent or illegal activities, and technical issues caused by app abuse.

At any time, you can request to have your account deleted from within the app. Please note that this process cannot be reversed. If you choose to proceed we will delete all your registration information from our app and remove your account. You can then choose to recreate your account at any time after your account is deleted. Note that this will only affect your account with us and will not affect your account at your Identity Provider.
